Rates and Payment
Currently, I offer banjo lessons at $22 per 1/2 hour. Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in arranging lessons for more than a half hour at a time.
I tend to follow a “pay-as-you-go” plan, where lessons are paid for as they happen (see “Lesson Days and Cancellations” below), but lessons may be paid for on a monthly basis if preferred. All lessons are paid for prior to, or at the end of the lesson. I accept both cheque and cash.
I supply the student with any necessary music books, which can be paid for upon receipt.
Lesson Days and Cancellations
I am currently available for in-person lessons between 9 am to 9 pm every Monday. I teach from an in-home studio based in central PEI. Again, please contact me if you’d like to try arranging a different day of the week. Because of my regular work, I can’t guarantee this will be possible.
For those wanting online lessons, I’m available after 7pm from Monday to Saturday.
In the event that the student must miss a lesson, I can either reschedule for a different date, or simply skip that week of lessons. Only taught lessons must be paid for.
If for some reason I am unable to teach on a certain day/week/month, I will try to give as much advance notice as possible.
For those who live especially far away, please feel free to contact me if you would like to arrange a 1-hour “every-other-week” lessons schedule.
